Have you ever thought about how many people are involved in the production of every bottle of wine? It's fascinating! I have chosen my wines with great care and personally know most of the producers of the wines that are on my wine list.
It is important for me to know their philosophy.
In Italy there are 20 different wine districts. We represent more or less all of them from the least know to the most prestigeous names such as Dal Forno Romano.
